资产经营业务
资产经营业务由资产经营中心和中铝国贸佛山投资有限公司承担。主要开展中铝集团楼宇资产管理，非经营性房产经营，后勤物业服务，提升资产价值；主要开展中铝集团内、外部项目经营管理、房地产开发等业务，为中铝集团投资项目、盘活存量土地及地产开发提供咨询。
Asset Management: Asset Management Center and Chalco Trading Foshan Investment Co., Ltd. are in charge.It covers management of Chinalco’s office buildings and non-commercial real estate with the aim of increasing asset value, and provides logistics and property services.It mainly operates and manages projects in and outside Chinalco, develops real estate projects, and provides consulting service for Chinalco’s investment projects, stock land reuse and real estate development.
